The Gong of Wins
It rings when something goes right.
When a customer gives a teammate five stars, the gong rings: everyone on the floor sees it swing and who earned it. It stays quiet during a customer call, and it can be turned off.

About the office.
Do customers appear in Ristiville?
No. The floor shows counts of chats, never customer names or messages.
Is it a video call app?
No, it is your team’s office inside Risti. Walk up to someone to talk with voice and video in a bubble, or meet in a meeting room with a shared screen. Office sound pauses while you are on a customer call.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes: the phone shows people and their status as a list, without the floor.
Can guests come in?
Yes, at Reception. A teammate standing there invites a guest by name for 30 minutes to 24 hours. The guest opens the link, checks their microphone and camera and joins Reception’s call without an account. Guests never see the floor or anyone’s name.
Can a lead help on a live call?
Yes. From a person’s card on the floor, a lead with the right permission can listen to their customer call, whisper to them or join the call.
Can we turn the fun things off?
Yes. In the office settings you can turn off the gong, the tea room’s music and pairs, or all the fun at once, and anyone can mute the fun for themselves.
Which plan includes Ristiville?
The Business plan. On other plans you see a blurred preview of your office, built from your own teams, until you upgrade.
