Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between Risti and the business that uses it.

1. Who we are

Risti is operated by Individual Entrepreneur TASHMUXAMEDOV OLIMDJON NASIROVICH, registration No. 7322967, Qush Qo'ndi ko'chasi, 8-uy, Shayxontohur tumani, Toshkent, Uzbekistan. "We" and "us" mean this operator. "You" means the business that uses Risti.

2. The service

Risti is a shared inbox for businesses. You connect your channels (WhatsApp Business through the WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram, Messenger where connected, Telegram, email and a website chat widget), and your team answers customers from one place, with tickets, voice calls and optional AI features.

3. Accounts and team members

  • A business creates an organization in Risti and invites its team members to it.
  • Each team member has their own account. What they can see and do inside the organization depends on their role.

4. Your data

  • You keep ownership of your data, including your conversations with your customers.
  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your customers.
  • We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

When you use Risti, you must:

  • follow the WhatsApp Business terms, the Meta Platform terms and the Telegram terms;
  • not send spam;
  • not send or store unlawful content;
  • not try to break the service.

6. Third-party platforms

WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and email providers are run by other companies. They can change or suspend your access at any time. We are not responsible for them, or for what they decide.

7. AI features

AI features are optional, and your organization turns them on itself. AI output may be wrong. You review it before you rely on it or send it to a customer.

8. Plans and fees

Plans and fees are as published on the pricing page. Risti is currently in early access and is free, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.

9. Availability

During early access, Risti is provided without a guaranteed uptime.

10. Suspension

We may suspend an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms.

12. Warranty and liability

  • Risti is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
  • Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months, to the extent the law allows.

13. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we announce it on this page with a new date.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are settled by the courts of Tashkent.
