Bring a line from your operator over SIP, or connect Sipuni or OnlinePBX and the calls your team takes on its own phones come in with their recordings. Calls from Sipuni or OnlinePBX, and calls MaryAI answers, are transcribed and summarised in the caller’s conversation.

Open Apps
In Risti, open Settings › Apps and pick Phone line, Sipuni or OnlinePBX.
Get the details
For a line: the server, login and password from your operator. For a phone system: its API key.
Connect
Enter them in Risti. A phone system also gets a webhook link to paste into its call events.
Pick the team
Choose who answers. Calls start landing at once.

About phone calls.
Which operators work?
Any operator or office phone system that gives you a SIP line: the server, a login and a password. Cloud phone systems Sipuni and OnlinePBX connect with their own keys.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Risti signs in to the line you already have; customers call the same number.
Do we still need desk phones?
Not for a connected line: calls ring in the browser. With Sipuni or OnlinePBX your team keeps its phones, and the calls they take come into Risti.
Where do recordings go?
From Sipuni or OnlinePBX, the recording arrives in the caller’s conversation a minute or two after the call, with its transcript and summary. Calls a person answers on a SIP line are not recorded yet.
Can we call customers from the number?
Not from a phone line. You can call customers back on WhatsApp or a Telegram number from Risti.
